Barracuda

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Amber Rum
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) Galliano
• 2 oz (60 ml) Pineapple juice
• 1 dash Lime juice
• 2 oz (60 ml) Prosecco

Directions

1. Combine the ingredients in a champagne flute or highball glass
2. Stir gently
3. Serve
