Bloody caesar oyster shooters

A shooter variation on a Bloody Mary, contributed by The Bartending School.

Ingredients[]

  1. Put the clam or oyster in the bottom of a shot glass
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and horseradish
  3. Add vodka and tomato juice
  4. Rim with celery salt and garnish with a small lime wedge

NOTE[]

Always be careful with raw seafood. Canned, pickled or steamed clams or oysters are by far safer and may be better for the shooter application than shucked, raw bivalves.
