Brazilian Monk

Ingredients

• 1 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
• 1 oz Kahlúa® coffee liqueur
• 1 oz dark crème de cacao
• ½ oz dry sherry
• 4 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Combine the ingredients in a blender
2. Blend briefly, until smooth
3. Pour into a collins glass
4. Garnish with a mint leaf and cherry, and sprinkle with grated chocolate
5. Serve!
