Caffeine Attack

Adapted from a "The Bartending School" recipe, this surprisingly refreshing cocktail can serve as the foundation of many alternative cocktails.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Kahlua® Coffee liqueur
• 2 (4 oz.) scoops Coffee ice cream

Directions

1. Combine Kahlua and ice cream in a blender
2. Blend until smooth consistency is attained
3. Pour into a beer mug or similar glassware
4. Garnish with a Cinnamon stick (optional)
5. Serve with a Straw
