  1. Combine the Blue curaçao, Metaxa, rum, brandy, ouzo, lemon and lime juices in a blender.
  2. Pulse mixture for 2 – 3 seconds.
  3. Add the 8 ice cubes.
  4. Pulse for about 20 – 30 seconds or until desired consistency of ice is achieved.
