Derby Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 1½ oz light rum
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp sugar

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients with ½ cup shaved ice in an electric blender
2. Blend at a low speed until smooth
3. Pour into a champagne flute
4. Serve with a straw
