Galliano Vodka

If real Galliano Liqueur is not available, this recipe produces a somewhat passable substitute. Much experimentation is required to get it reasonably close to the real thing.

Ingredients

• 2½ cups Vodka
• 3 teaspoons pure Vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon pure Anise extract
• 1 tablespoon Lime juice
• 4 drops yellow food coloring
• 2 cups Granulated sugar

Directions

1. Make a syrup of 2 cups sugar and ⅔ cup water.
2. Bring to a boil and let cool; then add ingredients listed above.
3. No waiting to use.
