Ingredients[]
- 10 Mint leaves
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Gin
- 2 oz (60 ml) Ginger beer

- In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup and lime juice
- Add the gin and fill with ice
- Shake gently for about 10 seconds until chilled
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
- Add the ginger beer
- Stir
- Garnish with a lime wedge, a mint sprig, or both
- Serve
