Hot Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
• 1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Cinnamon schnapps
• 1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Irish cream liqueur
• 1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Spiced rum
• 1/8 oz. (3.75 ml) 151-proof rum

Directions

1. Combine the schnapps, Irish cream liqueur and spiced rum in a shot glass
2. Float the 151 proof rum
3. Ignite the rum
4. Extinguish the flame with a dollop of whipped cream
5. Serve
