Ingredients[]
- 1 oz (30 ml) Appleton Special Jamaica rum
- 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Blue curaçao
- 2 oz (60 ml) Cream of coconut
- 2 oz (60 ml) Pineapple juice
- 8 oz (240 ml) Crushed ice
Directions[]
- Mix well in blender until smooth
- Pour in a hurricane glass
- Garnish with pineapple slice
- Serve
