Kentucky Colonel Cocktail

A Bourbon drink contributed by The Bartending School.

Ingredients

• ½ oz Bénédictine
• 1½ oz bourbon

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a Mixing glass with ice
2. Stir until chilled
3. Strain into cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
5. Serve
