
Knickerbocker from Jerry Thomas' Bartending Guide or How to Mix Drinks.
Ingredients[]
- 1/2 of a lime or small lemon
- 3 tsps raspberry syrup
- 4-6 oz of Santa Cruz rum
- 3 dashes of Curaçao
Directions[]
- Squeeze out the juice of the lime or lemon into a Cocktail Shaker with ice
- Add the rind and the other ingredients
- Shake well
- Strain into an old fashioned glass with fresh ice
- Garnish with fresh raspberries
- Serve
