A Carribean rum-based drink. Best enjoyed on a hot summer day, on ice. Created by Terrell, one hot summer afternoon, as inspired by his former work buddy, Richard, who was later fired.
Ingredients[]
- Sailor Jerry's Spiced rum, 2 oz.
- President's Choice Ginger beer, to taste.
Directions[]
- Place 2-3 large ice cubes in highball glass.
- Pour 2 oz. of Sailor Jerry's Spiced Rum over ice.
- Add President's Choice Ginger Beer to fill or to taste.
- Garnish with a slice of lime if you're feeling fancy.
- Enjoy at an under-appreciated Lake Manitoba beach.
