- 37.5ml gin
- 25ml Mozart Black Chocolate liqueur
- 12.5ml Gomme syrup
- 1 single espresso

- Combine the ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with ice
- Shake until well-chilled
- Strain into cocktail glass
- Garnish with 1-2 Maraschino cherries or a chocolate truffle, skewered with a toothpick
- Serve
