Orange You a Pistachio

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz El Jimador Tequila
• 1 oz  Pistachio Orgeat 
• .75 oz Lime juice
• 3 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

• Garnish: Orange peel
• Glass: highball

Directions

1. Combine the tequila, orgeat and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
4. Add bitters
5. Twist a piece of orange peel over the glass, rub it around the rim and drop it into the drink.
