- 1.5 oz El Jimador Tequila
- 1 oz Pistachio Orgeat
- .75 oz Lime juice
- 3 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Orange peel
- Glass: highball
Directions[]
- Combine the tequila, orgeat and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake well
- Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
- Add bitters
- Twist a piece of orange peel over the glass, rub it around the rim and drop it into the drink.
