Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz orange juice
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp caster sugar
- 1/3 ripe, peeled peach
- 1 tsp Pecher Mignon® peach liqueur
Directions
Mix in a blender until smooth. Add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a wedge-like slice of peach, speared with a cherry. Serve with straws.
