Pink Flamingo

A rum drink contributed by The Bartending School.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) coconut rum
• 1 oz (30 ml) amaretto
• 3 oz (90 ml) cranberry juice
• 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) pineapple juice

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a hurricane glass 2/3 full of ice.
2. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry speared by a paper umbrella.
3. Serve with a straw
