World renowned San Franciscan hot spot, the Plouf Seafood Bistro, has decided to share it's secret cocktail recipe. The Plouf Seafood Bistro is located in the Belden Place area of town and many people believe that it is home to the one of the best happy hours in the city.
People have been anxiously awaiting and attempting to get this recipe for years, and finally the restaurant has decided to release the cocktail. According to bartender Antonio Guardado, “Our most popular drink is the Plouf cocktail, followed closely by the Mojito.” We use the very freshest ingredients, and I don't make them too sweet: it ruins the palate.”

- Combine vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice
- Shake well
- Strain into a martini glass
- Add a splash of Blue Curaçao, which will settle to the bottom of the glass
