- 1 3/4 oz (50 ml) gin
- 3/4 oz (25 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Champagne to fill
Directions[]
- Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker WITHOUT ice
- Shake vigorously to combine
- Add ice to shaker
- Shake well to chill
- Strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes
- Fill with champagne
- Garnish with a lemon wedge or slice
- Serve
